InterMail is a listed, full-service, data driven communications house with more than 120 years of experience in providing the best communication. Once, we did in the production of high-quality envelopes and postal packaging, but today we are in a position to deliver everything within market communication – print and digital. My role in the board is to contribute to the professionalizing and commercializing of InterMail as a business while also sparring with the competent management about strategy, management, and growth.
I found it very appealing, that InterMail is extremely focused on customer relations though e.g., loyalty programs, and use of data to secure razor-sharp communication on behalf of the customer.
InterMail has always been extremely skilled in helping their customers increasing revenue but has previously been challenged in making a profit themselves. We have turned that around.
